CREATE PLACE is a consortium of 17 arts and heritage organisations, led by Staffordshire University and includes The Audience Agency, British Ceramics Biennial, XTRAX, Arts & Heritage, Voluntary Arts Network, NewVic, Appetite, SoT Cultural Forum, Cheshire East and Cheshire Dance.
I developed a bespoke Train-the-Trainer Coaching package, which will be delivered across the length of the programme (2020-2023).
The training develops coaching skills and capabilities amongst current and future Arts and Heritage leaders, including members of the consortium, alongside six cohorts of learners participating on the leadership programme.
